2004 Spec Section Checklist

This is where a project begins for McCarty Group.  Sending the completed Project Information and Spec Section Checklist to McCarty Group will start the specification process.

McCarty Group bases its fees on, among other factors, the number of specification sections and documents required for a specific project.  In order for us to provide an accurate fee estimate, we need to receive this Checklist in as completed a manner as possible. 

This Checklist is 27 pages long.  It may take a few seconds to download.  If it "hangs up," hit your refresh button.  Selections may easily be made with the use of your cursor.  In order to streamline the Specification Section selection process, McCarty Group has created a form that now includes both the Project Information and the Spec Section Checklist.  We hope you find it easier to work with.

This first portion of this form is a tool for you to gather the main project information.  With this form, we will get contact information for the main project team members, contract information such as the legal project name, address, and owner, and information regarding the contract type.  This form will also provide answers to much of the Division 1 requirements.

This second portion of the form contains a comprehensive list of specification sections, many with subcategories pertinent to each specification section, that will need to be selected in order for us to put an estimate together.
