McCarty Group follows the principals and recommendations of the Construction Specifications Institute's (CSI) Project Resource Manual - Manual of Practice (PRM) in preparing specification sections.

This format is considered a "3-Part" type specification section.  This includes Part 1 - General; Part 2 - Products; and, Part 3 - Execution.  To open up this sample specification section, click here.  (This specification section is numbered for the 2004 MasterFormat numbering system.)

McCarty Group is experienced in preparing specifications based on our client's needs.  This may include working with specifications from private developers or public agencies that may have their own specifications, or at least their own "Front End" and Division 1 requirements.
